Dear Ms Harris

I am in response to your in the May edition of Art Jobs and would like to be considered for the of Education Programs Assistant Manager.

As you will see from my CV, I have completed a in Fine Arts at Chelsea College of Arts and Design, with a specialisation in Art Therapy. A six-month internship at the renowned Musée d'Orsay in Paris gave me the opportunity to put some of the theory learned on my courses into practice, and to acquire a good working of French. The position involved helping with the development of hands-on creative activities aimed at children, particulary those coping with learning disabilities. After that, I have been working for two years in the Kids and Families Programme at Tate Liverpool. This means I have had direct of the day-to-day realities of running education programmes at museums.

From your museum's website, it seems that working for your organisation would offer a challenging career within a highly stimulating field. I am extremely attracted by this opportunity and feel that I have already acquired some of the skills and awareness necessary to make an effective contribution to your institution.

I am available for an at any time of your convenience in order to discuss the post in more detail.

I am looking forward to from you.

Yours

Frank Blarney
